Please review the terms below: Attendee Refund Policy Full Refund: Requests made on or before October 1, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between October 2–31, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No Refunds: After October 31, 2025, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This includes illness, travel delays, or other personal circumstances. Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your company at no additional cost. Please contact us with the new attendee’s information by November 7, 2025.
